How to make an order?
  • To purchase www.tomasgold.lt goods, click on the desired item, select the weight, size of the item (if necessary) and click on the blue button "ADD TO CART". After collecting the desired goods and wanting to view them and continue the purchase process, click on the basket icon in the right upper corner. In the window that opens, you will see the selected goods, their quantity, price. If you would like to add new items to your cart, click on the menu item of interest or click on ''Continue''. 
  • To continue your purchase, click on ''CHECKOUT''. Then, in the window that opens, choose whether you want to login or continue as guest. Go through the remaining steps of the purchase by entering your personal information and delivery method. 
  • After confirming the order, we will send information with your order confirmation and invoice to your e-mail inbox.
How to find out the price of an item?

When you see the product you like, click on its photo or name. A window opens with a photo of the product, a description. On the right side, next to the photo, select the required size / weight - according to this, the price of the product changes.

Do you send goods abroad?

Yes, orders are sent abroad. The shipping price is automatically calculated after entering the exact delivery address and switching to the payment.

How long does it take for shipments to be delivered?

In Lithuania, courier and parcel locker parcels are delivered within 1-2 working days.

In Estonia, parcels are delivered within 1-3 working days.

Is it possible to pay at the time of delivery?

Not possible.


Is it possible to return jewelry products?

Bought ONLINE, unused, unworn goods can be returned within 14 working days.

Yes, we buy gold in all Tomas Gold stores.

Do you manufacture custom jewelry?

No. However, we provide the opportunity to make wedding rings individually.

Do you offer custom rings?

Do you repair jewlery bought by jewelers outside of the Tomas Gold store?

No. We repair jewlery only from Tomas Gold.

Is it possible to pay in a physical store for goods purchased online?

No. For the order to be processed, payment must be made immediately.

How do I know where my order is?

Are the discounts different in the physical store and online?

The price in the online store may differ from the prices of goods in physical Tomas Gold stores.

What are the available shipping methods?

Goods can be delivered to your home by LP Express courier or to LP Express post machines. The delivery term is visible after selecting the product in the "Delivery" section. However, they are usually delivered within 1-2 working days. The goods can also be picked up in physical stores of "Tomas Gold" FOR FREE. If the selected goods are in the selected store, they will be ready on the same or the next working day after the order is placed, and if the goods need to be delivered from the warehouse to the selected store, it takes 1-3 working days after the order is placed.

How will I know when I can pick up my order?

You will be notified by e-mail and/or SMS that you can already pick up your order from a post machine or a physical store.

What is the wedding ring comfort zone?

Comfort zone - the convexity of the ring on the inner side. Such wedding rings are more comfortable to wear, they do not put pressure on swollen fingers.

Is it possible to increase or decrease the rings?

Not every model can be reduced or enlarged, so we deal with each situation individually. However, it must be emphasized that when purchasing rings with center and side stones, it is better to size up than to size down.

On which finger are wedding and engagement rings worn?

Most of the time, our customers wear their wedding rings on their right ring finger and their engagement rings on their left ring finger. However, this choice is personal, so wear the rings however you want, is more comfortable or looks better.
